The podcast revolutionising burnout culture

Right now, work feels pressured for a lot of people – and for leaders, that pressure is constant.
Through my conversations with people leaders and wellbeing champions, it’s clear the challenges they’re navigating aren’t isolated or individual. Burnout is showing up across roles, sectors and countries, and it’s costing people and organisations far too much.
The ROW podcast exists because the cost of burnout is too high. With more than half of New Zealanders at high risk of burnout, and similar patterns emerging globally, we don’t need more noise. We need practical, evidence-led conversations that actually help.
The ROW podcast now reaches a growing international audience, with a 375% increase in new listeners over the past year (2025), with listeners from around the globe, including New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Spotify data shows that listening time is higher than 71% of other shows and episodes focused on leadership wellbeing, such as Stronger After the Storm, consistently resonating with listeners.
Each episode brings together real stories, expert perspectives and practical insights to support healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
Episodes are released periodically and are designed to be thoughtful, useful and worth your time. Let’s dive in:
