Welcome to Revolutionaries of Wellbeing (ROW). Your use of this website (www.rowwellbeing.com, “we”, “our” or “us”) for ROW Crew Ltd (trading as Revolutionaries of Wellbeing or ROW), and purchase of any services or products through this website, is governed by the following terms and conditions, including both Section A and Section B clauses:

SECTION A: GENERAL TERMS

While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
  2. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
  3. Through this website, you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of ROW Crew Ltd. We have no control over the nature, content, and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
  4. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, ROW Crew Ltd takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Any such files are provided, and may only be used, on the basis that the user assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage, or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from use of those files.
2. Jurisdiction New Zealand law governs the use of this website and all transactions.

  1. This privacy policy sets out how ROW Crew Ltd uses and protects any information that you give ROW Crew Ltd when you use this website.

    – We may use the information to improve our products and services.
    – We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

  11. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please email together@rowwellbeing.com.
4. Intellectual Property
  1. The design of, and content contained within, our website, and each of the various trademarks, company names, logos, product names, and product images represented on our website are intellectual property which is either owned by us or licensed to us by suppliers or other third parties and must not be reproduced, copied, removed, altered, used, adapted, performed in public, or transmitted in any form by any process (graphic, electronic or mechanical, including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without our express permission.
  2. All rights are reserved by the original copyright owners.

SECTION B: PRODUCT AND SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

B1. MEMBERSHIP

Clause Description
1. Membership Membership and subscription purchases (such as ROW Member Subscribers and ROW Gold) are intended for individual use only and are not transferable. Sharing of login credentials or downloaded content within or outside of the purchasing organisation is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund and a stand-down period of 12 months.
2. Payment Payments for memberships are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. Credit card details are not stored on our site for security reasons.
3. Cancellation ROW member subscribers may cancel at any time, effective from the next billing date. This can be managed through the ‘my accounts’ page on the website. ROW Gold members may resign by notifying ROW Crew Ltd in writing via our contact form. Resignation does not entitle partial refunds for ongoing membership periods.
4. Personal Data Personal information collected is used solely for communication, membership administration, and improving services. ROW is committed to protecting member privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law. Any data shared with third parties, such as advertisers, will be with your consent.
5. Intellectual Property Rights All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through ROW memberships are owned by ROW Crew Ltd or licensed to us, and members do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or downloading them.
6. Downloading and Use Restrictions Members are permitted to download and use materials for personal or team development purposes only. However, redistribution, posting on shared platforms such as SharePoint or similar sites, or any form of unauthorised distribution is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund and a stand-down period of 12 months.
7. Modification of Terms ROW Crew Ltd reserves the right to modify membership terms and conditions, including pricing and access policies, with reasonable notice to members.
8. Compliance with Laws Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws, when using membership materials.
9. Content Contributions Members may contribute content such as articles, posts, or comments to the ROW Crew Ltd website or associated platforms. By submitting content, members grant ROW Crew Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media. Members retain ownership of their contributed content but grant ROW Crew Ltd the right to use it in connection with the operation and promotion of ROW Crew Ltd’s services, including but not limited to publication on the ROW Crew Ltd website and promotional materials. Where we share content with identifying information, such as your name or organisation, we will always seek consent.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to memberships shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per applicable laws.

B2. Products for Purchase

Clause Description
1. Accuracy of Product Information While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, we reserve the right to make changes to product details, including prices, without prior notice.
2. Product Availability Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of stock as displayed on the website.
3. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Faulty products will be addressed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
4. Use of Digital Products Digital products purchased from our website are for personal use only and are not intended for commercial resale or redistribution.

B3. tRAINING COURSES

Clause Description
1. Enrolment and Payment Details regarding enrolment and payment for training courses, such as the Wellbeing Champions training or WILD program, are specified on the relevant course webpage. Participants are required to adhere to these details to secure their place in the program.
2. Cancellation and Amendments ROW reserves the right to cancel or amend the program at any time. Participants will be notified of any such changes promptly. In the event of cancellation by ROW Crew Ltd, a full refund will be provided.
3. Privacy and Consent By enrolling in a ROW training course, participants consent to our privacy policy, including the sharing contact information for program-related purposes.
4. Transfer and Refund Policy Refunds are not possible except in the event of program cancellation by ROW Crew Ltd. However, the value of the purchase may be held in credit for 12 months for another event or service provided by ROW Crew Ltd at our discretion. Name changes can be made at any time at no cost prior to the commencement of the course. Enrolment cannot be transferred to another person once the program has begun.
5. Intellectual Property All materials provided during ROW training courses are the intellectual property of ROW Crew Ltd. Participants are granted a limited licence to use these materials for personal development purposes only and are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission from ROW Crew Ltd.
6. Conduct and Force Majeure Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct during our programs. ROW Crew Ltd reserves the right to expel individuals for inappropriate behaviour without refund. We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics.
