This interview was recorded in mid-2023 when Jessica was a People Experience Lead at Auckland Transport. During the interview, we discussed the development of AT’s wellbeing strategy and some of the award-winning initiatives that they had rolled out over the last two years. This is a chat packed with practical tips and lessons learned.

Jessica was named a 2022 Rising Star for her contributions to redefining the future of HR. At AT, Jessica was responsible for leading the cross-functional Wellbeing Squad to deliver the Hauora Programme (wellbeing strategy).
