At AT, Jessica was responsible for leading the cross-functional Wellbeing Squad to deliver the Hauora Programme (wellbeing strategy). Under Jessica’s leadership, AT’s Hauora programme won Best Health & Wellbeing Programme at the HRD Awards and finalist for Best Wellness Programme at the HRNZ Awards.
