No workplace is immune: The spotlight on burnout has intensified over the pandemic, with workers around the globe feeling the pressure. And that’s put workplaces under pressure to better support their employees. Research from the Auckland University of Technology shows 35 percent of respondents had severe burnout but only 4 percent put themselves in that category. Burnt-out workers are five times more likely to be considering to resign.
