Join your Squad and make a difference!

squads

Burnout culture won’t fix itself. Real change starts at the grassroots, with people taking action where they are. Working together. Leading. And that’s where you come in!

We’d love you to join your local ROW Squad and be part of the movement to break burnout culture – for good.

This is a place for people who want to make a difference – where your ideas, energy, and action really matter. You’ll connect with others, roll up your sleeves, and put real solutions into practice to change the way work happens in your community.

ROW Squads are local, in-person groups where members:

  • Connect with each other
  • Share ideas and learnings
  • Take action to improve workplace wellbeing, locally

Each Squad is led by a passionate volunteer ROW Captain, guiding the group and connecting members to the wider global movement. Captains help Squads stay forward-focused and seriously influential, making it hard for organisations to ignore the evidence around wellbeing.

Squads develop their own strategies, activities and events and are shaped around what the group wants to achieve – be it sharing expertise, learning from experts, hosting public events, developing resources, influencing local business leaders – sky’s the limit!

Joining a Squad is free. It’s about stepping up, getting involved and making a real difference.
