The study, published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, analysed data from 229 independent samples across 211 studies, covering a staggering 748,796 respondents.
Rutger Blom and his team set out to explore how family-friendly policies and workplace supports shape career outcomes, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Their findings offer plenty of food for thought for workplaces looking to provide real support to working parents.
