Yet too often, the conversation feels like it’s happening in an siloed echo chamber. Real change takes everyone - including men - getting involved.
Professor Ivona Hideg, an expert in gender equity at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, says, "We usually think about gender inequity impacting women. And they do impact women in multiple domains from workplace to home to culture.”
However, she says, “What we never talk about is how much this inequity actually hurts and undermines men as well."
