New public course: Introduction to workplace wellbeing

new-public-course-introduction-to-workplace-wellbeing
Workplace wellbeing can feel like a massive, complicated thing – navigating psychosocial safety, strategic frameworks, and measurement tools. But it really doesn’t have to be.

No doubt you already know this, but exhausted, overworked people don’t do their best work. Wellbeing isn’t about fruit bowls or lunchtime yoga. It’s about creating a workplace where people can do their best work without burning out.

This 90-minute interactive session is a down-to-earth, practical introduction to what workplace wellbeing really means, why it matters, and how to start making changes that actually help. We’ll tackle common challenges including never-ending workloads, pressure to always be “on,” and toxic work habits, plus we’ll look at what actually helps people feel and perform better.

This isn’t just for HR or leaders with wellbeing budgets. It’s for anyone who’s tired of burnout culture and wants to work in a way that’s both high-performing and human.

You’ll leave with fresh insights, real-world examples, and practical tools to start making work better.

Join this session – because work shouldn’t feel like a battle, and breaking burnout culture starts with small, meaningful changes.
