Kia ora koutou,

Many of you across the ROW community will already know me and it’s great to have the opportunity to join Sarah in co-editing this email and leading some of the content coming over the next few months.

I’m Sarah Ratima-Nolan, currently the National Programme Lead for Wellbeing at Te Whatu Ora, previously at Fulton Hogan and originally from the UK.

Last week (or maybe a fortnight ago – time flies!) I was part of the panel on workplace wellbeing manager careers – it was a great discussion and some really cool things popped out of it. So, for the rest of the year Sarah and I will be curating a series about just those things – key skill sessions for Workplace Wellbeing Professionals, I’d love if you’d join us and share anything you want to learn.

Most of all I love the workplace wellbeing community and I’m really excited to be supporting Sarah to keep moving it forward – but even more excited about getting everyone more involved. We have some amazing guest editors lined up, full of perspectives and pearls of wisdom to share – communities evolve collectively and I can’t wait to see where we get to in a years’ time.

I can’t wait to collaborate with you all,

Stay awesome,

The other Sarah 😊
