Post the pandemic, modern work has become increasingly pressured by competing demands, expectations to be ‘always-on and available’, and constant organisational change.
Most leaders I work with aren’t struggling because they lack capability or commitment. They’re making critical decisions, supporting others, and working in environments where the pace is often unrelenting.
Leadership can absolutely feel isolating when responsibility, uncertainty, and performance expectations mix with concerns about how to make it all work.
My approach is grounded in both evidence and experience. I’ve supported hundreds of leaders and wellbeing leads, worked inside complex organisations, and conducted academic research into burnout, recovery, and sustainable performance.
