I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders and champions and have walked the corridors of corporate life, too. I know how challenging it can be.

I take a human-centered design approach that combines my professional training with real-world experience. My support is usually part educational, part coaching, and part mentoring – helping you navigate challenges, build practical skills, and feel supported in the way that works best for you.

I combine this with practical tools from psychology so you get support that helps you respond with confidence.

I also draw on research into healthy work, burnout and recovery, focusing on what actually works day-to-day to recharge and keep going in a constantly changing world.

Sessions: 60 minutes. Six fortnightly sessions is a helpful guide.
